The day after the Album shoot , Martyn Atkins and I had to entice Johnny out of his hotel and try to capture the ‘spirit’ of the man. He had his Guitar case and I asked whether he would mind throwing it in the air to capture his rebellious nature. He said ‘Do you mind if I take the guitar out first?’ We agreed and got the shot!
