ABC ‘Skyscraping’ Rio Di Janiero’ Brasil 1997
Martin Fry of ABC had an album called ‘Skyscraping’. Rather than the obvious tall skyscrapers, designer Mark Farrow suggested Brasilia, that is visually the coolest city in the world. My passion for modernist architecture, this shoot was a treat to explore Oscar Neimeyer’s architecture. The Niteroi Art museum had just opened in Rio and this interior gave us the the wonderful surreal set that reflected ABC’s music and Martins presence.
